South Jersey Gas Selects TechInsight for BI Reporting

South Jersey Gas which provides natural gas to over 325,000 customers in southern New Jersey, has selected TechInsight from 3-POINT Technologies for corporate reporting, data integration, and predictive analytics.

Six Sigma module to be released for TechInsight

3-POINT Technologies, Inc. announced today that a module specifically designed to support Six Sigma initiatives will soon be available for TechInsight. ''The cornerstones of Six Sigma are right in line with those of TechInsight.'' says Ryan Ballagh, VP of Implementation at 3-POINT. ''Implementing Six Sigma within an operation is a large undertaking, but more and more field service companies are looking for ways to improve customer service and stay competitive.''

Colorado Springs Utilities Renews TechInsight Agreement

Colorado Springs Utilities, a multiple utility municipality, has signed a multi-year extension for TechInsight. Colorado Springs Utilities uses MDSI-Advantex r7.7 for work management and TechInsight for performance management and BI reporting.

NJR Home Services Continues with TechInsight as BI Solution.

NJR Home Services, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources has signed a multi-year agreement for TechInsight. This agreement extends the current TechInsight contract for an additional four years. NJR Home Services utilizes the business intelligence of TechInsight to identify lost revenue, evaluate profitability of service plans, and performance manage the work force. NJR Home Services has used TechInsight since 2001.

TECO-Peoples Gas recognized by peers for use of TechInsight and TechRoute

TECO-Peoples Gas was recognized by its peers and received the American Gas Association Best Practices honors in Dallas, TX October 12th. Utilities from across the country met at the AGA's Best Practices Round Table for Field Operations Dispatch to discuss approaches and challenges in effective field operations dispatch.

3-Point Technologies, Inc. announced today that TechInsight v3.0 incorporates an intra-day reporting module. TechInsight is known as a leading reporting and analysis platform for field service organizations nationwide. The RouteView intra-day reporting module will allow users to switch easily between historical reporting and daily reports allowing for real-time decision empowerment.

TECO-Peoples Gas, a subsidiary of TECO Energy (NYSE:TE) has signed a multi-year agreement that extends the life of the current contract. TECO-Peoples Gas use both TechInsight and TechRoute in their operations.

RouteView Slated for April Release

3-POINT Technologies, Inc. announced today the scheduled release of RouteViewTM.The latest product from 3-POINT combines analysis and reporting features from TechInsight and the real-time dispatch information from TechRoute. RouteView is a product developed out of client feedback for a comprehensive dispatch reporting tool enabling dispatchers to make better decisions without relinquishing control of the operations.
