TECO-Peoples Gas Extends Agreement for TechInsight / TechRoute

Denver, May 18th, 2005 3-POINT Technologies, Inc., a leading software and service provider for field service organizations, announced today that TECO-Peoples Gas, a subsidiary of TECO Energy (NYSE:TE) has signed a multi-year agreement that extends the life of the current contract. TECO-Peoples Gas use both TechInsight and TechRoute in their operations. TechInsight is known as a leading reporting and analysis platform for field service organizations and is being used by TECO-Peoples Gas for performance management, M&P development, targeted training, and Pay-for- Performance using the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM).

TechRoute, an intelligent dispatch optimization solution, is currently being used by TECO-Peoples Gas to optimize technician routes and assignments throughout the day adjusting for emergencies and same day orders. TechRoute incorporates the complex business rules of TECO-Peoples Gas to reduce drive mileage, reduce overtime, and increase appointments met.
