TechInsight v3.0 Incorporates Intra-Day Reporting
Denver, August 11th, 2005 3-Point Technologies, Inc. announced today that TechInsight v3.0 incorporates an intra-day
reporting module. TechInsight is known as a leading reporting and analysis platform for field service organizations
nationwide. The RouteView intra-day reporting module will allow users to switch easily between historical reporting and
daily reports allowing for real-time decision empowerment. The intra-day module includes multiple reports, mapping of
jobs by priority, technician, appointment, and even future jobs in an area. Companies with GPS tracking can now view
GIS information directly on the TechInsight maps. This release combines analysis and reporting features from
TechInsight and the real-time dispatch information from TechRoute. RouteView is a product developed out of client
feedback for a comprehensive dispatch and management reporting tool enabling dispatchers to make better decisions
without relinquishing control of the operations.
RouteView provides report and map views of routes, appointments, unassigned jobs, and load balancing. Although RouteView is compatible with GPS field devices, GPS is not required to provide real-time status.
