Our custom algorithms provide unparalleled accuracy in work standards. So you get order specific objective times that your employees can be held accountable to.
  • primary job code and associated task codes
  • geographic locations - down to the neighborhood
  • material codes and quantities used
  • drive time from previous job using street level drive calculations
  • customer type (residential/commercial)

Defensible

TechInsight is objective! The balanced approach of TechInsight looks at all aspects of Technician performance and minimizes "gaming" opportunities.
  • Efficiency - measures actual reported times to job objective times
  • Quality - repeat dispatches caused (defined by original and subsequent job types and time window)
  • Safety - varies by industry but it is typically defined as causing a hazardous condition
  • Productive Time - how much paid time was spent onsite or enroute (this is a direct balance to Efficiency)

Fair

Employees have full control of thier results eliminating the need for excuses. Technicians and supervisors are measured against their peer groups on a level playing field and receive the appropriate credit for:
