TechInsight incorporates company specific business rules into it's metrics and reports providing information that is relevant to your operations. These business rules are applied to all levels of the company for a consistent view of the data - eliminating the question of "what criteria was used?".

The flexible architecture of TechInsight incorporates extremely detailed and accurate definitions of metrics such as:

Repeats (Quality)

By correlating the original job code and attributes with subsequent codes and job type specific timeframes, TechInsight provides a a definition of quality that is familiar. For performance management, the quality dfefinition can be refined to include only the repeats that were within a technician's control - providing an accurate, defensible metric.

Missed Appointments

The simple metric of "missed appointments" is defined differently at nearly every company. TechInsight incorporates the After time, Before Time, and Commitment Time (A,B, and C times) along with the status codes to determine if an appointment was met or missed.

Productive Time

Determine which payroll and time codes are counted as "Productive Time". Include or exclude meetings, training, standby time to define the metric that your company has as a priority.

Unit Cost

TechInsight's unit cost reporting allows for a common wage rate or indivual wage rates by technician. Include overhead, material costs, and fleet mileage costs to pinpoint areas of improvement, warranty profitibility, and performance issues.
