Providing additional insight into your business - TechInsight modules consist of add-on analysis packages targeting a specific area of your operations. Ask your account representive or implementation manager on how you can add even more value through TechInsight.

Six Sigma Module

With the Six Sigma module, TechInsight provides on-demand tracking of your initiatives. From short-term process sigma levels to Shewhart control charts. TechInsight can track multiple initiatives, incorporating company specific definitions of defects.

OpsView Intraday Reporting Module

Monitor the health of your operations hourly and react intelligently with OpsView. Use mapping to see where your workforce is in relation to emergency orders, appointments, or future orders. Use the Gantt chart to predict how much overtime is needed and who will be getting that overtime. Use the capacity reports and charts to load balance throughout the day.

Incentive Compensation Module (ICM)

Automatically calculates bonus pay for technicians or supervisors based on performance in key areas. Factoring in quality, safety, efficiency, and work time provides a balanced approach that minimizes "gaming" opportunities. Furthermore, the objective and accurate metrics and methods have been approved by unions and management teams as a fair Pay-for-Performance system.

Revenue Reporting Module

Track revenue and expenses by job type, geographic area, crew, technician, and time frame with our Revenue Reporting Module. Flag jobs that are supposed to be billable, but the customer wasn't charged. Compare warranty package prices with the unit cost for those same jobs to determine a profit margin.

Unit Cost Module

Our unit cost module allows for individual wage rates of technicians, material cost, and overhead cost by job type, crew, or geography to provide you an accurate view what a truck roll really costs. View aggregate costs or down to the individual job type, technician, or service order.

Whether you pay contractors by the job or by the hour, our Contractor Module allows you to track and compare your contractors to your technicians in key areas such as Quality, Efficiency, and Unit Cost.
